MEET THE TEAM
Dr. Jeffrey Jeng (principal)
Dr. Jeng was born in Taiwan and obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from National Yang Ming University in 1988. He practiced for almost 20 years before moving to Canada with his family. After 10 long years of having to fly back and forth, he became certified to practice in Canada.
Dr. Jeng believes education is a lifelong process and has been a member of various study groups. Among them, implant dentistry and orthodontics are his two favourite. After more than 35 years as a dentist, he still finds that there is more to learn everyday. He continues to strive for improvements, as he is passionate about delivering the best care he can.
In his spare time, Dr. Jeng likes to spend time with the family's dog and two cats.
Dr. Caleb S.C. Chang (associate)
Dr. Chang is a dentist with training from a teaching hospital setting. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the College of Dental Medicine at Kaohsiung Medical University. Following his graduation, he completed a five-year residency program, including serving as chief resident, at the National Cheng Kung University Hospital before becoming an attending dentist at Keelung Chang Gung Memorial Hospital. Dr. Chang's focus over the last three decades has been on providing patients with dental prostheses that function harmoniously with the periodontal health. He is also experienced in fillings, root canal treatment, and minor oral surgery. Since 2023, Dr. Chang has expanded the scope of his services to include Invisalign orthodontic treatment.
Dr. Alex Cheng (associate)
Dr. Alex earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from NYU and has a deep love for both dentistry and birdwatching. With a passion for smiles and a commitment to compassionate care, Dr. Alex brings his expertise to every patient interaction.
When he's not in the office, you'll likely find him out in nature, binoculars in hand, enjoying the peaceful serenity of birdwatching. From brightening smiles to exploring the wonders of the natural world, Dr. Alex is always eager to share his enthusiasm and expertise with others.
In July 2023, Dr. Alex opened his own office, Canary Dental. If you live in Surrey, go say hi!
Dr. Brendan Lim (associate)
Dr. Lim grew up in Burnaby and received his Bachelor of Science from The University of British Columbia. He attended dental school in Australia and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine from The University of Sydney in 2022.
Dr. Lim enjoys all aspects of dentistry and looks forward to making long lasting relationships with his patients. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, trying new foods and taking on home DIY projects.
